3.1 — Deposit Methods

vip7mm supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Once a deposit is successful, it will be credited to the player's account immediately.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed and transferred to the player within 10 to 45 minutes of the request. As a general rule, withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 — Financial Security Verification

vip7mm complies with anti-money laundering and financial monitoring policies. If large deposits or withdrawals, or unusual financial activity, are detected, players may be asked for additional verification.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

The vip7mm welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, players must wager 20 times the bonus amount first.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks.
• Deposit 840,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 1,340,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.

4.2 — Bonus Restrictions

• The bonus is issued once per player only.
• Accounts found to be linked in relation to bonus abuse may be closed.
• vip7mm may restrict the use of bonus funds in certain third-party games.
• vip7mm reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice.

4.3 — VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback rates vary by VIP level — Bronze: up to 0.4%, Silver: up to 0.8%, Gold: up to 1.1%, Platinum: up to 1.5%. Cashback will be credited directly to eligible players' accounts by vip7mm.

5.1 — Prohibited Activities

• Using the service for money laundering.
• Fraudulently exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using data-scraping software or bots.
• Deliberately insulting or harassing other players.
• Attempting to breach the security of the vip7mm website.

5.2 — Consequences of Violations

If any of the above violations are found, vip7mm may suspend or close the player's account and forfeit any remaining balance in that account. This decision is solely at vip7mm's discretion.

vip7mm may temporarily suspend its service due to indirect causes such as technical maintenance, legal matters in Myanmar, and network issues. In such cases, players' balances will not be lost and will remain available once the service is restored.

In cases where the service cannot be continued due to external network issues (ISP failures, political actions), vip7mm wishes to make clear that it cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by players.
